Welcome to Desert Views / Four Peaks!

Desert Views and Four Peaks subdivisions are in the northeast corner of the prestigious Troon Village community. At some of the highest elevations in the community, these subdivisions share boulder outcroppings and stunning views of Troon Mountain, McDowell Mountains, Four Peaks, and the Continental mountain range. With the higher elevation you will find cooler temperatures and cleaner air. Coming and going you will enjoy distant views of untouched high Sonoran Desert, and mountain views in all directions.

Added Plus – Troon Mountain blocks the nighttime glow of the city lights. Your backyard becomes a theater revealing billions of stars in the night sky (plus planets and occasional satellite).

Homes are 1-story single family detached homes that range from 1,500 to 2,100 square feet in Desert Views and 1,812 to 2,882 square feet in Four Peaks. The builder, Shea Homes, is known for their high ceilings are large windows that encourage outside living we are known for in Arizona.

There are several developed hiking trails nearby that lead you into the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and the Pinnacle Peak Park is a popular hiking destination. Nearby George “Doc” Cavallere Park (to open this spring) offers a grassy area, playground, basketball courts, bathrooms, and a “easy” hiking trail.

Troon Village is home to Troon Country Club and one of the top rated golf courses in Arizona. There are many public and private golf courses nearby.

At Desert Views and Four Peaks subdivisions you feel like you have escaped from the city to the serenity of the high Sonoran Desert. Yet you are only minutes from shopping, dining, and the 101 freeway. Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport is 41 minutes (32 miles) away.

We love living in this community – Matt & Lisa Lucky, residents since 1997.
